Voltage is looking for a Project Coordinator who’s ready to take the next step in his/her/their career and who knows the ins and outs of true project coordination. Ideal for a candidate who one day may like to step into the role of Project Manager. This role is vital within the agency to create a seamless experience for both internal and external clients, reporting to and coordinating with the Account Management team. Aside from strong project management, he/she/they will also organize creative requests, feedback, and other information across campaigns.
In short, this person will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and trafficking projects from initiation to completion.

As an award-winning and growth-oriented digital marketing agency that maintains a local and family feel, we love bringing in interns to work as valuable members of our team. We see this as a two-way opportunity for you to get some real experience working on client projects and campaigns while also providing us with energy, enthusiasm, and contributing to our culture of constant learning. Our current internship role is filled, however, we will be opening the search for summer interns in February of 2022.
