Last week, we received 9 awards at the 2018 Kansas City Direct Marketers Association AMBIT Awards Gala. This year’s event was memorable as it also celebrated the 70th anniversary of the KCDMA. Former presidents and members made the trip to Kansas City to celebrate the organization’s mission and its success over the past 70 years. Awarded by KCDMA, the AMBITs showcase Kansas City’s direct marketing community and their achievements in strategy and creative. We accepted honors for our work in search engine optimization, social media, non-profit email and business-to-business integrated marketing. The awards show concluded with the traditional “Big 3” best of the best campaigns. Similar to earlier in the night, we heard our name called again, as the winner of the coveted ‘Best Bang For The Buck’ award for our work in search engine optimization for Burger Theory. This is a Judge’s Choice award given to the entrant whose work provides the best return on investment.
