We’re both excited and not surprised at the same time that the Voltage VP of Marketing, Corey Morris, has been selected for a third time in his career to speak at a Search Marketing Expo (SMX) event. SMX is the industry leading conference series for search marketers and Corey is speaking at SMX West during the event in March in San Jose.

Corey is speaking during the “Must Have Reports for Search Advertisers” session on Wednesday, March 14, and will be focusing on the power of PPC projections. This will include both how to craft a projection and how to use it to set expectations with clients. Of course, no projection is perfect, so this presentation will also address how to interpret actual performance, calibrate, and move forward.

The information Corey will be sharing is what we use at Voltage in our Strategy & Setup phase on the front-end of paid search campaigns and is vital to the launch of any PPC or AdWords campaign. It will be a great session moderated by paid search industry leader Brad Geddes and fellow speakers Andrew Garberson and JD Prater.
