Brittany Link is the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist for Voltage in Kansas City, MO. Brittany's experience includes social media management, email strategy, data analysis, paid search, and SEO for a broad sector of clients. Certified in both Google Adwords and Analytics, Brittany has the expertise to raise the bar for clients and achieve their goals to reach a targeted audience. Brittany also has experience with non-profit fundraising and event planning. Specialties include: Google Analytics Reporting, Social Media Strategy, Project Management, Email Marketing, Writing and Editing. Outside of work, Brittany stays busy taking care of her toddler, River, and infant twins, Jude and Jovie. She also enjoys playing piano and singing in church, playing volleyball, hitting up the driving range with her husband, and trying out new restaurants in the KC area.

Voltage Welcomes Wisconsin Native Jordan Kuczynski

Voltage is excited to welcome Jordan Kuczynski as digital marketing strategist. A recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Jordan brings his marketing education and SEO experience to his new role at Voltage.

“We’re thrilled to add Jordan to our team. With his positive, go-getter attitude, we know he’ll rise to the challenge and do great work for our clients,” says Patrick Gordon, Director of Digital Marketing.

As a digital marketing strategist, Jordan will collaborate with clients and team members and execute plans. He will be able to use his experience in SEO and Analytics to gather important data and move the needle for our clients.

“I’m most excited about getting exposed to every aspect of digital marketing and having the opportunity to work in a creative and fast-thinking environment,” said Jordan. Also, being new to the Kansas City area, Jordan already has a short list of fun to-dos: “I’m looking forward to trying the original world-famous Joe’s Kansas City BBQ and familiarizing myself as much as possible to the downtown area, as I love to explore new cities and what they have to offer.”

Voltage is excited to announce winning two awards last Thursday at the KCDMA AMBIT Awards Gala. The AMBIT Awards Gala celebrated results-driven campaigns from 16 Kansas city companies in 23 different categories.

Triggered Email Category Winner Brittany Link

Voltage took home Gold in the Triggered Email category for an automated email campaign for a client that resulted in a 1,220% return on ad spend! This incredible campaign maximized unanticipated revenue and helped lighten the load for the client’s marketing employees. The campaign was sent to 7,776 email addresses and resulted in a 29% open rate, much higher than the 11.7% industry average according to Mailchimp. It also had a 5.4% click through rate (industry average is 1.6%). Of the 5.4% that clicked, 113 orders were made and generated $7,017 in revenue, a return on ad spend of 1,220.35%.  Read More…
